Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yellow Popcorn or White Popcorn
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Cream Buttermilk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp minced dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine Bob’s Red Mill Hemp Seeds, buttermilk powder, garlic salt and herbs.
  3. Pour the butter over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the hemp seed mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
