Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cavity donut pan with butter and lightly dust with flour.
  2. Place melted butter in a large bowl and add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add flour mixture with milk to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Fill donut pan cavities half full, then bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into donut comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow donuts to cool completely before decorating.
  6. Microwave white chocolate for 30-second increments and stir with a spoon until there are no lumps. Divide chocolate evenly into two bowls. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl and a few drops of purple food coloring to the other bowl.
  7. Place sheet pan under the cooling rack and use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the donuts.
  8. Add eyeball sprinkles before chocolate hardens.
  9. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
