Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 package Grain Free Flatbread Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F; oil a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together eggs, oil, water and bread mix in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Divide dough in half and scoop into two 6-inch rounds, using wet hands to smooth edges.
  4. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then slice and serve. Wrap and store chilled.
