1/2 cup
Water
1/2 cup
Golden Raisins
1/4 cup
Currants
2 Tbsp
Honey
1/2 tsp
grated fresh Ginger
or 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thick and fruit has plumped, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
