Gluten Free Flatbread Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil, plus additional for brushing
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 package Grain Free Flatbread Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F; oil a pizza pan or baking sheet, or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together eggs, oil, water and bread mix in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Place dough in the center of the prepared pan. Use wet hands to press dough into an 8–10-inch pizza crust, crimping the edges up to form a crust. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake until set, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and add sauces and toppings of choice. Return to the oven to finish baking with toppings another 5–7 minutes.
