Here's another wonderfully easy cracker recipe to make for your next gathering: these Gluten Free Chickpea Flour Crackers are delicious and crisp, flavored with herbs, garlic salt and a grinding of fresh pepper. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Spray a preheated pizzelle maker with olive oil spray.
  2. Drop 1 tablespoon of batter onto each pizzelle maker. Cook until golden brown and steam no longer comes out of the iron. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
