Easy Leftover Candy Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix well. Add candy and stir to combine.
  3. Using a ¼-cup scoop, scoop dough and roll into balls. Place each cookie about 3–4 inches apart on sheet pans, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges, rotating the pans halfway through.
  5. Cool for 15 minutes on sheet pans, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
