Gluten free deep dish pizza using our Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Pizza Toppings (I used onions and mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Prepare half the gluten free pizza recipe according to directions on the package.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  3. Put thin layer of olive oil in skillet.
  4. When dough is ready, roll then flatten to fit in skillet.
  5. Cook in oven for 13 minutes.
  6. Remove skillet from oven.
  7. Add marina sauce, cheese and toppings.
  8. Cook in oven for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven. Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
