Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten Free Thick Rolled Oats or Gluten Free Organic Thick Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.
  2. In large bowl, combine oats, coconut, nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine the syrup, oil and salt.
  3. Pour wet mixture over oat mixture and stir well.
  4. Spread evenly on large sheet pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. When done baking, transfer to a large bowl and mix in raisins.
