Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cannellini Beans rinsed (204g)
  • 1 tsp Salt 6g
  • 4 cups Water 960mL
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary 3.5g
  • 2 Garlic Cloves 5g
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 15mL
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil 60g

Instructions

  1. Place rinsed Bob’s Red Mill Cannellini Beans, salt and water in a medium pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans are soft, 60 – 90 minutes.
  2. Remove beans from heat and strain, reserving cooking liquid.
  3. In a food processor or blender, combine beans, rosemary, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Process until smooth, adjusting consistency with reserved cooking liquid as desired.
