Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, cream-style corn, corn kernels, eggs and melted butter until smooth. Add the cornbread mix and salt and stir until fully combined.
Generously spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each about ¼ inch from the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed on top.
Remove muffins from the tin immediately and cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
