Instructions

  1. Cook the steel cut oats according to package instructions.  When cool, add yogurt, applesauce, flax, cinnamon and raisins.  Mix well until blended.  Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy cold or warmed up.   Makes 4 servings.
