Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Popcorn

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Yellow Popcorn or White Popcorn
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¾ tsp Granulated Sweetener of Choice
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder (we love Peanut Butter & Co.'s)
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, peanut butter powder and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the coconut oil over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
