Chocolate Chia Pudding

This recipe is dairy free, gluten free and sugar free, but definitely not flavor free. This pudding is everything you are looking for in a chocolate pudding . . . rich, silky, decadent and delicious. It’s incredibly simple and perfect for a casual night alone, but decadent enough to share at a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk or Dairy Free Milk (480 mL)
  • ½ cup Organic Chia Seeds (104 g)
  • ½ cup Dutch Process Cocoa Powder (48 g)
  • ¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener or Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend for 5 minutes, scraping the inside of the blender after about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the pudding into four small bowls or cups. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours or overnight. Top with your favorite whipped topping.
