Instructions

  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine melted butter and hot sauce. In a small bowl, mix together lime zest, Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds and salt.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the chia seed mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
