Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk plain (or Dairy Milk)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Carob Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.



    In a mixing bowl blend flours, carob, baking powder, salt and nuts. Put oil, honey and soy milk in a small glass or plastic bowl or measuring cup and heat 20 to 30 second in microwave, or until honey is softened. Add liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and stir well.

    Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake about 8 minutes, or until desired doneness.



    Makes 32 Cookies.
