Ingredients

  • 3 cups Low-Carb Baking Mix
  • 3 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups Water
  • 4-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 7 Low Carb Sweetener (packets)
  • 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat bread pan with spray oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (Low Carb Baking Mix, baking powder, nutmeg and sweetener). Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the oil, eggs, water and vanilla. Mix with a fork or whisk until blended, approximately one minute.
  3. Spread batter evenly into bread pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite butter or cheese.



    Yield: About 16 Slices.
