Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave or gently on the stove. Cool for a few seconds before mixing with milk and eggs.
  3. Mix wet ingredients - milk, eggs and melted butter in a bowl until blended.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into hot, oiled waffle iron and sprinkle berries over the liquid batter. Close the lid and cook per your waffle iron's instructions.
