These fudgy, decadent brownies are topped with a rich cheesecake swirl and then topped with chocolate chunks—divine! Our Fudgy Brownie Mix makes it easy to create desserts that make any occasion special.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil an 8-inch square baking pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mix and stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
In a clean mixing bowl, combine soft cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and the remaining egg and beat until smooth. Drizzle cream cheese mixture over brownie batter in the pan.
Drag a spatula or butter knife through the pan, creating deep swirls of brownie batter and cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped chocolate or chocolate chunks (if using) over the top of the black-bottom brownies and gently press into the batter.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, 40–45 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
