Ingredients

  • 6 oz Tomato Juice (Hot & Spicy V-8 Juice)
  • 1 cup Black Turtle Beans cooked
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1 cup Organic Quinoa Grain cooked
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn cooked (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, Mediterranean

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir. Chill for a half hour and serve. Makes 6 servings.
