Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl blend all dry ingredients together including herbs and salt; add oil, milk (or water if using) and egg. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot stock or stew. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Also good with ham hocks.



    Makes about 8 dumplings.
