Ingredients

Microwave: 1 serving
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Farina or Organic Whole Wheat Farina
Stovetop: 4 servings
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Farina or Organic Whole Wheat Farina
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Microwave: 1 serving
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Farina with 3/4 cup water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring between each minute. If water is not absorbed,continue cooking in 30-second increments, stirring between each until water is absorbed. Let stand for 2 minutes.
Stovetop: 4 servings
  1. Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to boil. Add 1 cup Whole Wheat Farina and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
