Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Banana sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional wheat germ. Makes 2 Servings.
