All Purpose Traditional Pan Gravy

All Purpose Traditional Pan Gravy

This is a foolproof, simple gravy you can make in minutes and tastes delicious. While we used chicken stock in the picture above, you can use whatever kind of like: vegetable, beef, mushroom, etc. If you happened to have roasted a chicken or turkey, feel free to replace the butter with pan drippings. Other additions: dry white wine and fresh herbs!
