Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 cup Milk (Soy, Rice, Cow)
  • 2 cups Organic 7 Grain Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sugar, applesauce, vanilla, oil and spices. Slowly stir in milk to combine.
  2. Add pancake mix and cranberries; stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  3. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes.
