- A very versatile flour
- I just discovered this flour after seeing a recipe for corn cookies. I have since used it to bake Italian corn cookies (Zalettis). Tonight I made a Dutch Apple Pie (vegan) with just cornflour, brown sugar, and SmartBalance Light for the dough and crumbs. Delicious! I love this flour. Pancakes and mini-muffins with raisins are next.
- The Organic Corn Flour made the best cornbread I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, I used it just as I would any cornmeal. I bought it originally because it's organic and therefore non-GMO. Going to keep purchasing because it's an excellent product! Highly recommended.
