Soy/Wheat Allergens
I love oat flour, and always liked Bob's products. However, many of their products create issues for me because they are processed with tree nuts and soy. I try to bake as allergen free as possible since I opened my bakery this year, and was very disappointed when I found this out. They eliminated one allergen, gluten/wheat, but threw another few in there.

We wife is allergic to Wheat Flour. Oat flour is a very good substitute for Wheat Flour. However, it doesn't stick together quite as well so we mix it with Tapioca Flour.

BEST ANSWER: whatever amount of regular flour is called for in the recipe use the same amount of gluten free flour...You will have to use a binder...two choices are xanthum gum or guar gum...I suggest guar gum...Xanthum gum is corn based so you have the risk of it being gmo
