These Gluten Free Corn Crackers are a must make. I know I've said this before. I hate recommending specific equipment for your kitchen that really only has one purpose, BUT I can not recommend having a pizzelle maker enough. Especially for my gluten free friends. I love making my own snack crackers. Not only are they delicious, but easily customization to accompany any meal or snack we are having. These Gluten Free Corn Crackers are crispy, slightly spicy, and a little sweet thanks to the creamed style corn. They are perfect for dipping in a warm bowl of chili, which is how we enjoyed them.

Gluten Free Corn Crackers

Makes about 12 crackers
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1/2 cup Creamed Style Corn
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water
Preheat your pizzelle maker. Combine the flour through pepper. Add water and whisk to blend well. Spray your pizzelle maker with olive oil spray and cook crackers according to machine directions.
