  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan, or use parchment paper with some cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until batter is smooth. Consistency will be thick.
  3. Scoop a small size out and roll until a small ball is formed.
  4. Using a fork, make the traditional criss-cross across the top flattening the cookie out.
  5. Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until cookies turn a slightly golden brown color.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.
  7. Store in an air tight container.
