In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Farina with 3/4 cup water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring between each minute. If water is not absorbed,continue cooking in 30-second increments, stirring between each until water is absorbed. Let stand for 2 minutes.
Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to boil. Add 1 cup Whole Wheat Farina and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
