White Chocolate Pistachio Waffle

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Whisk together mix, water and oil in a bowl until mostly smooth. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. 

  2. While waffles cook, combine cold heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

  3. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until soft to medium peaks form, 2–3 minutes.

  4. Top hot waffles with whipped cream, chopped pistachios, white chocolate chips and maple syrup!
