Instructions

  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine protein powder and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Combine coconut oil, sweetener and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the protein powder mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
