Ingredients

Oats
For Assembly
  • About 2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt (480 g)
  • Cocoa Powder, for dusting
  • Chocolate Shavings (optional)
  • Chopped Hazelnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together protein oat packets, espresso powder, cocoa powder and milk until well combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, until thickened.

  3. To assemble, spoon about ¼ cup oats into the bottoms of each of four half-pint jars. Top with about ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt.

  4. Divide remaining oats evenly between the jars and top with more yogurt.

  5. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings and/or chopped hazelnuts.

Notes
  1. Storage: Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 days.

  2. To use brewed coffee instead of instant espresso powder, swap about ⅓ of the milk with strongly brewed coffee that has been cooled.

  3. For a quick homemade vanilla yogurt, mix together 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice.
