Eggs
(optional: you can use an egg substitute or more flax seeds)
Instructions
Combine steel cut oats, yoghurt and milk and soak these together in a blender overnight.
Add salt, cinnamon, baking powder, brown sugar, butter, ground flax seed and eggs or egg substitute to oat mixture. Blend together until smooth. A high quality blender is needed or you can divide the batter in half and blend one half at a time.
Cook in a waffle iron. Top with favorite toppings. Enjoy!
