  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 6 oz Non-Dairy Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • Pinch Nutmeg and Cloves
