Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 package Brown Sugar Blondie Mix
  • ¼ cup Dulce de Leche or thick Caramel
  • 1 cup mini Pretzel Twists (about 30 pieces)
  • 1 ½ tsp Flaky Salt (such as Maldon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line it with a parchment sling.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract. Add blondie mix and stir until fully combined.

  3. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drizzle or pipe the caramel over the surface in a zig-zag pattern. Run a toothpick or skewer through the caramel to create a feathered or swirled effect.

  4. Arrange pretzels on top, gently pressing them into the batter, and sprinkle with the flaky salt.

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let the blondies cool completely in the pan. Lift out using the parchment and slice to serve.
