Matcha Smoothie

This smoothie is inspired by matcha lattes and bubble teas and contains 20 grams of plant-based protein, along with a generous dose of matcha powder, dates for sweetness and a pinch of sea salt to bring out the flavors. Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk or preferred milk
  • 3 Medjool Dates whole
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sweetener of Choice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Shredded Coconut for garnish if preferred

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the coconut to a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and top with shredded coconut.
