Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Protein Oats (36 g)
  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder (44 g)
  • 1 ½ tsp Maple Syrup (30 g)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened Oat Milk (180 mL)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Ice (for a thicker smoothie bowl, use ½ cup frozen Banana Chunks)
Optional Toppings

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite bowl and top with granola, fruit, seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
