Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and spread out on a baking pan lined with a Silpat or parchment paper.
  2. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 275°F. After 30 minutes, remove from oven, put back in the mixing bowl and add the nuts and dried fruit.
  3. Mix all together and return to the baking pan and oven. Bake at 275°F for 20 minutes. Turn granola over with a spatula and bake 20 minutes more.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack in the pan and then remove to an airtight container when cool.
