Honey and Thyme Gluten Free Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, melted butter, milk and honey until combined.
  3. Next, add in the sugar, baking powder, salt, cornmeal and gluten free baking flour and mix until combined.
  4. Transfer the batter to a prepared muffin tray and evenly distribute between the 12 muffin cups.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout. Cool to room temperature.
  6. Garnish with more honey and fresh thyme leaves.
