I just made up this amazing recipe and want to share. My children are going crazy for more! Gluten Free, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, Vegan. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana mashed*
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for the apple. Cut apple into slices and start dipping!
