Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4-1/4 cups Classic Granola
  • 1/2 cup Honey

Instructions

  1. In a 3 quart or larger pan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar, honey, vanilla extract and salt; stur until blended. Stir in granola; add nuts or coconut or sunflower seeds.



    Turn into prepared pan. With your hands, press firmly to form an even layer.



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.



    Bake, uncovered until browned and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars.



    Makes about 32 granola bars.
