Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease 2 bread loaves and set aside.
Blend together all dry ingredients. Blend in all wet ingredients one at a time, except the bananas, until smooth. Finally add bananas until well incorporated. Divide batter equally between the two pans. Bake 40 minutes, rotating pans after 20 minutes. Banana bread is done when toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves (13 slices each).
