Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage (454 g)
  • 1-2 cups Milk or Dairy Free Milk (240 mL-480 mL)
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour (19 g)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage and brown until no longer pink.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup milk and flour. Whisk until no lumps remain. Pour milk mixture into the sausage, stirring well. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for 2-5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Add extra milk ¼ cup at a time if needed to achieve a gravy consistency.
  3. Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve over warm biscuits.
