  1. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine the garbanzo bean flour with the baking powder.
  2. Add the rice vinegar and water to the flour mixture; whisk until combined. The mixture will foam.
  3. Pour or scoop the batter into the heated pan. When you see the edges start to set (about 2 minutes), flip and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
