This keto-friendly gravy uses our Xanthan Gum and the broth of your choice, along with seasonings. It's so simple you can have it on your holiday table (or any other time of the year) in about 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broth (240 mL)
  • ⅛ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp dried Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, whisk together the broth, xanthan and seasonings until thoroughly combined. Place over medium heat and whisk while the mixture starts to thicken to the point where it will coat the back of a spoon. This will take between 5–10 minutes. Serve warm.
