Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broth (240 mL)
  • 2 Tbsp Cassava Flour (18 g)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp dried Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, whisk together the broth, flour and seasonings until thoroughly combined. Place over medium heat and whisk while the mixture starts to thicken to the point where it will coat the back of a spoon. This will take between 5–10 minutes. Serve warm.
