Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a large bowl; mix well to combine. In a stand mixer or with a fork, cut butter into the oat mixture until a coarse meal has formed, making sure the butter is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Press half of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of the parchment-lined pan. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the oatmeal base. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
Evenly sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
