Chocolate Overnight Oats

This rich, creamy breakfast for two combines whole grain oats, Almond Protein Powder, power-packed seeds and rich chocolate—the perfect combination to tempt your tastebuds while fueling your busy day. Ingredients

Topping
  • ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetener of choice optional
  • Sliced fresh Strawberries optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, milk, protein powder and sweetener of choice. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

  2. To make the topping, combine yogurt, cream cheese and your favorite sweetener. Whisk until the mixture is fully combined.

  3. To serve, place the oat mixture in two separate cups and top with yogurt and sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
