Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F°.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler. Stir until smooth, remove from the heat and set aside.
  3. Put your eggs in a stand mixer with the sugar and beat on medium until it triples in size and pales in color, 5-7 mins.
  4. Mix the orange zest into your sifted paleo flour and then fold into the fluffy eggs. Fold in cooled melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  5. Fill twelve 4-ounce ramekins (sprayed with coconut oil spray) 3/4 of the way to the top. Bake 10-15 mins. There should be a shiny flaky crust on top with a squidgy center.
  6. Invert slightly cooled fondant onto a plate and serve.
